Not only the image at the very top of this page is new: After some weeks of final preparations, we are now proud to announce the addition of catalogue numbers 08 and 09 into our discography. First, there goes the fourth installment in the instrumental HipHop series that started this whole thing: Fly Beattown! once again sees Trishes & Whizz Vienna share production duties equally, each filling one side of the vinyl with new a variety of new tracks, from neckbreaking dope beats to mellow late night/early morning affairs. Also, Trishes has teamed up with Nigerian-born singer Aladin Sani to record their version of 21st century soul music. Take My Hands/Turn It Up presents the first two songs the two ever created. After already having made noise on a couple of compilations, it was about time they finally appear on wax. All the producers and musicians can now download the "Take My Hands" acapella from Soundpark and make us happy with some dope remixes, while everybody else could and should get their dance on with a funky little mashup version that has turned up mysteriously. Austrian electronic music festival temp~, taking place this August, just launched an mp3 compilation designed for free download and burning action. It's comprised of 41 tracks and features great electronic and HipHop music - check out the superb rap tune <a href=www.backlab.at">Das Element by Wisdom & Slime for example. Also, you can listen to one of the songs from our upcoming new Trishes & Whizz Vienna record "Fly Beattown!" there for the first time: That's Love. Tune in and feed back in our guestbook. Last weekend the Unison crew (minus the GrandWhizzard, plus austrian beatbox champion Leech) ventured out to the Slovakian city of Trencin to check out the grand Pohoda festival. There, they also met viennese dancehall artist Thaistylee, which led to an impromptu jam session of scratching, beatboxing and vocals on stage. Yes, it's been a while... Not because we were so lazy though, rather the opposite. Trishes & Whizz have been putting the finishing touches to their new instrumental LP "Fly Beattown!", which is now waiting for its mastering treatment. The same applies to a double-A-sided 7" by Trishes & Aladin Sani featuring the songs "Take My Hands" and "Turn It Up". Both are due to come out this September, check back here for previews soon.

The Unison's homepage at unison-music.com isn't that new anymore, but their new EP is. It will be called "Sound Networks" and officially released on May 23rd. But you can pre-listen and/or pre-order already. Of course we strongly recommend doing both...
